By accessing or using the Vector platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vector provides an AI-powered employee wellbeing platform that facilitates conversational check-ins, generates anonymized organizational insights, and supports guided action planning. The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data beyond its intended scope.

5. Data Ownership & Licensing

Your data is yours. You retain all rights to the data you submit to Vector. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Aggregated, anonymized insights derived from usage data may be used by Vector to improve the Service and for research purposes, provided that no individual or organization can be identified from such data.

6. Confidentiality

Individual employee conversational data is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose identifiable individual data to employers, managers, or any third party without the explicit consent of the individual, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Vector and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Vector’s trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Payment Terms

If your use of the Service requires payment, billing terms will be specified in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
